DESCRIPTION:PERSPECTIVE DRAWING FOR ARTISTS\n\nBetter perspective makes bet
 ter art. Learn to add depth to your visual expressions by applying\nthe fu
 ndamental principles of linear perspective\, using lines and the size and 
 placement of\nforms. We will cover the principles of one-point\, two-point
 \, and three-point perspective.\nApplying these principles to simple shape
 s is a good starting point for laying down good\nfoundations.\n\nARTIST BI
 OGRAPHY\n\nElisa majored in arts and architecture a few decades ago\, but 
 needing to satisfy her curiosity in\nother fields of the arts\, she return
 ed to school and studied digital media and graphic design.\nIn her own wor
 ds\, “I am forever an art student -- learning and improving on my skills
 . I get an\nabsolute thrill from the journey that produces a work of art\,
  be it drawing\, painting\, paper\ncrafting\, pottery\, digital illustrati
 ons\, or photography. I love the benefits I get from exploring\ndifferent 
 media and processes in art-making\, and then teaching others what I’ve l
 earned. For\nme\, art-making is good for brain health\, emotional wellbein
 g\, physical dexterity\, and overall\nwellness.”\n\nElisa is currently t
 eaching classes in perspective drawing\, painting\, and mixed media at\nCo
 ttonwood Center for the Arts.
