SUMMARY:Member Art Program - Mixed Media with Sandy Mileski
DESCRIPTION:Sandy will begin the presentation by explaining her creative pr
 ocess and the\nmediums she uses to produce artwork that’ll be on display
 . An example\nof the Mixed Media will be used to discuss the fundamental\n
 process of producing a mixed media piece. Members can use the example\npro
 vided as subject matter or use their own ideas. Sandy will bring a few of 
 the\ntextured gel mediums and collage elements for participants to experim
 ent\nwith.\n\nBiography\n\nSandy is married with two adult children. She a
 nd her family moved to\nColorado Springs in 2017 for her husband’s final
  Air Force assignment.\nShe has taken workshops and classes in Acrylic\, O
 il\, Painting\, Sculpture\,\nand Collage. Painting has been her discipline
  of choice since 2009. Her\ninspiration comes from old art journals\, drea
 ms\, and observing people on\nher travels. She enjoys painting portraits o
 f her family\, still life\, and\nmystical characters.  She has served on 
 PLAG's Board of Directors and is currently the Coordinator of the PLAG Spo
 nsorship Program.\n\n&nbsp\;
