Set during the Palmer Lake Chautauqua events, this children’s outdoor painting session is hosted by the Arts Council with sponsorship and instruction given by members of the Palmer Lake Art Group.  Children ages 8-14 are invited to join this event.  All materials and supplies provided with no registration fee.  Dates and registration details will be posted as schedules for the overall 3 day event are set.
