Set during the Palmer Lake Chautauqua events, this children’s outdoor painting session is hosted by the Arts Council with sponsorship and instruction given by members of the Palmer Lake Art Group.  Children ages 8-14 are invited to join this event starting at 10:00 AM, Sunday August 3rd.  All materials and supplies provided with no registration fee.   Registration will begin in July on the Arts Council website.
