Plein Air Event for artists over 18 years old hosted by the Arts Council and sponsored by the Palmer Lake Art Group.  Registration sign-in starts at 8 AM in the main tent at the park with stamping of participant canvases.  Judging and Awards will begin at noon.  Food trucks and live music will be located at the lake Gazebo.  Registration will open in July at the Palmer Lake Arts Council website.
