Enjoying the brisk weather and peaceful surroundings of Garden of the Gods, this Winter Art Show is being held at the Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center in Colorado Springs. The show is one of the Palmer Lake Art Group’s flagship exhibits with a gallery full of color which brightens the winter and signals the coming of Spring. PLAG artists, visitors and community members alike celebrate the starry firmament of this art-filled destination with works designed to brighten and illuminate the season.  We will be showing a diversity of traditional and contemporary pieces from emerging artists to the aspirational works of our well-established members mentoring and guiding the exhibition’s success! 

Additional Themed Works:  Entrants may choose to include a themed painting as one of their exhibited works.  The theme for 2025 is that of a “Snowscape” being any subject matter where an exterior winter snow scene supports, or is, the primary focal point.  All pieces must use a CAD Red Medium somewhere in the art, but NOT required as a prominent color.  Works will be completed on pre-purchased 16″ x 16″ gallery wrap canvas of 1 1/2″ depth.
